SkyPark – Another Project for Burrington Estates
Brady Construction Services are delighted with the successful delivery of 35 new build light industrial units at SkyPark, Exeter for Burrington Estates, which as part of the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point Initiative, is recognised as the most significant Business Park development in the Southwest.
Each Unit provides the end user with 1,000sqft with the option to increase floor space by adding a mezzanine floor. The scheme is delivered to a BREEAM Excellent standard making the units both sustainably built and energy efficient.
