Ocean Falmouth

New BMW showroom for Ocean Falmouth. Works included structural alterations, roofing, cladding, glazing and fit out of a disused concrete framed Boat Yard building. The new facility contains a ten car showroom, used car offices & workshops on the ground floor, and a new mezzanine floor with further offices and a BMW Mottorad showroom.

Bodmin Retail Units
